15 Things I Wish Someone Would’ve Told Me At 15

1. He won’t matter in 4 years. So what if your crush doesn’t notice you? Seriously, it might seem like the end of the world but eventually you’ll get over him. I mean, you can even end up dating him in college, or maybe you won’t. But you’ll meet hundreds of guys better than him in every single way, probably even better looking ones.

2. Get good grades. At one point or another WE ALL want a scholarship for college, your grades will help. Trust me.
 3. Don’t stress about your grades, though. If you just don’t understand chemistry and you plan on doing a major in marketing, don’t stress about it. You will never use it again. NEVER.

4. AVOID DRAMA. Girls at fifteen love drama, nobody understands why. Try to stay away from it as much as you can, it won’t bring anything good or positive to your life.

5. Eat chocolate, nuggets, cake, and hamburgers whenever you want, now is the time, your metabolism is fast.

6. A Taylor Swift song ALWAYS helps, whether is to cry, sing out your anger, laugh or to feel even more in love than you already are,.

7. EXERCISE so you can keep eating whatever you want. It’s not the coolest thing in the world, but you’ll thank yourself later.

8. When you’re fifteen somebody will tell you that they love you and you’re gonna believe them. And when you turn sixteen you’ll also believe them. Seventeen, eighteen, nineteen and the list goes on. Some things doesn’t change.

9. You’ll lose some friends but you’re going to be okay. You’ll also know the people who are going to stay with you forever.

10. Hug your mom. All the time.

11. Stop trying to be somebody that you’re not.

12. Don’t stress about school right now, just don’t. Save your stress for the college years.

13. If you want to get drunk, do it. We all need it — maybe sooner, maybe later. It is totally okay. But don’t do it if you don’t feel like it or if it feels wrong, maybe one day you’ll do it but because YOU WANT TO DO IT. Not because a guy is screaming SHOT to your face and everybody is judging if you’ll drink it or not. Stop worrying about what they think.

14. BOYS ARE JUST BOYS, WHY ARE YOU SCARED OF THEM? Seriously, you like that dude? Go talk to him, you can go with the Mean Girls plan and ask him to help you with your math problem, or ask him about the weather. Whatever you want, just don’t be scared of them, they are human beings just like us. GO FOR IT.

15. If a boy acts like he doesn’t care about you, it’s probably because he doesn’t care about you. Boys are simple, just let it go and move on. I know it’s not easy, but you’ll save yourself from a bunch of pain and a broken heart.

Teenangers In Love..Ps Am Single AF

Love is a complicated thing with teenagers, and there are many emotions that young teenagers will experience with their first love. The first time teenagers fall in love is a special time in their lives, and the emotions they feel can stay with them for a lifetime. This is also a confusing time in the lives of many teens, and they will be faced with many situations that go along with being in love.
One of the biggest fears that many teens may encounter with their first love is the fear of being rejected. Many teens may feel that if their first love leaves them, then nobody else may ever want them. This may cause many teens to feel pressured to do things they may not normally do, like have sex. They may feel that they will lose the person they care about if they don't
do things to prove they love their partner.

A good piece of advice that all teenagers can follow is to have patience and be slow to react to your emotions when it comes to love. Some statistics say that only a small percentage of people marry their high school sweethearts, and more than half of these marriages end up in divorce. Other statistics have slightly different numbers. Perhaps a good thing to do is to ask adults who are married or have been divorced and ask them about the person they married and where they met. More than likely, you will find the person they have married isn't their first love and they didn't even meet them in high school.

Teenagers need to talk to adults they can trust when it comes to the issues they are experiencing in their young lives. Talking about their feelings and emotions with a person that has experienced the same thing once in their lives will help put things into perspective, and help them make good decisions.

I Just Tell a Teacher or Ignore the Bullies.. :(

Bullying is a big problem. It can make kids feel hurt, scared, sick, lonely, embarrassed and sad. Bullies might hit, kick, or push to hurt people, or use words to call names, threaten, tease, or scare them.

A bully might say mean things about someone, grab a kid's stuff, make fun of someone, or leave a kid out of the group on purpose.

Some bullies threaten people or try to make them do things they don't want to do.

Bullying Is a Big Deal
Bullying is a big problem that affects lots of kids. Three-quarters of all kids say they have been bullied or teased. Being bullied can make kids feel really bad. The stress of dealing with bullies can make kids feel sick.

Telling an adult is the most important step to take if you're being bullied. Which other step would you take?
Avoiding the bully
Ignoring the bully
Standing up for myself
Asking a friend for help
Other:

Bullying can make kids not want to play outside or go to school. It's hard to keep your mind on schoolwork when you're worried about how you're going to deal with the bully near your locker.

Bullying bothers everyone — and not just the kids who are getting picked on. Bullying can make school a place of fear and can lead to more violence and more stress for everyone.

Why Do Bullies Act That Way?
Some bullies are looking for attention. They might think bullying is a way to be popular or to get what they want. Most bullies are trying to make themselves feel more important. When they pick on someone else, it can make them feel big and powerful.

Some bullies come from families where everyone is angry and shouting all the time. They may think that being angry, calling names, and pushing people around is a normal way to act. Some bullies are copying what they've seen someone else do. Some have been bullied themselves.

Sometimes bullies know that what they are doing or saying hurts other people. But other bullies may not really know how hurtful their actions can be. Most bullies don't understand or care about the feelings of others.

Bullies often pick on someone they think they can have power over. They might pick on kids who get upset easily or who have trouble sticking up for themselves. Getting a big reaction out of someone can make bullies feel like they have the power they want. Sometimes bullies pick on someone who is smarter than they are or different from them in some way. Sometimes bullies just pick on a kid for no reason at all.

Making Friends

1.  A good friend is honest.
A good friend may not share every detail of every second of their life, but they do try to be clear about their intentions. This means that they try to present an accurate picture of who they are and of different situations. When something doesn't seem right, they let you know.

2.  A good friend is fun, unique and interesting.
OK, this is a given, and probably the reason you became friends in the first place. But there's a lot to be said for chemistry and shared interests.

As for fun, it depends how you define it: Some friends are fun because they're the life of the party, others are fun because they notice every strange little detail about a situation. Some people are fun simply because they see life like no one else does.

3.  A good friend is attentive and adaptable.
A good friend is at least a fairly good listener and notices how little, day-to-day things affect you. They can't read your mind, but chances are they can usually tell when you're happy, sad, excited, shocked or upset. If they're aware that they're doing something that annoys you, they try to change their ways or at least talk to you about it.

4.  A good friend is supportive of you and your goals.
Sure, your friend may think you're cool, but are they on the same page as you? Do they know what you want most out of life? A really good friend will know what makes you tick and help you become the person you want to be. They won't try to change who you are or drag you into situations that make you uncomfortable or put you at risk of losing something that matters to you.'

5.  A good friend is a friend you can trust.
A true friend won't try to steal your girlfriend or boyfriend, your job or your personality. They won't gossip about you constantly or try to damage your reputation. They will let you know when they're concerned and do their best to stick up for you when you're in trouble.

6.  A good friend makes it clear that they care about you.
Different people may have different ways of letting you know that they care about you. One person may give you a big hug whereas another person might gently tease you. A big clue that someone cares is that they talk to you fairly often and, in general, know what's going on in your life and act interested about it.

7.  A good friend sticks with you in good times and bad.
Loyalty is a quality almost everyone lists when asked what they look for in a friend. A loyal friend will stick with you when your new play is a flop, when you bomb the SATs or when your parents get divorced. If you move or switch schools, they'll do their best to stay in touch with you.

8.  A good friend accepts you for who you are, even when you're being a butthead.
In friendship, being accepting goes hand in hand with being loyal. A true friend rolls with the punches as you grow and change and know how to deal with your quirks and faults.
They are also patient with you when you make mistakes -- even big ones -- and learn how to forgive you when you hurt them. In other words, they treat you as you'd like to be treated, even when you aren't at your best.

The reason why being a teenager is great is because it is the only #time of our life when we find a happy medium between childhood and adulthood. We can blame our immaturity for the childish #things that we do but still use the ‘I am almost an adult’ card when convenient. Other times, we can somewhat enter the adult life without having to take on all of the responsibilities that come with it. If you think about it, teenagers are like the anchors that tie together the childhood life and the adult life.

Uncomfortable (many things are banned)
Very exiting, you learn many things about yourself and others.
Amazing (it lasts only few years and we will miss these years in future)
Great, because young years are given only once
Interesting, because you understand who you are
Being a teenager is fun because you can get certain freedoms like going home later, hanging out more with my friends, be allowed to watch more mature movies, etc.

Being a teenager is exciting because there are so many opportunities. There are so many things that you can do and then things that you can't do that you can still try to do. Also, there are many things that you have to look forward to. Also, there are so many words you can make up like "shebeen", "kudos" and "o, snapple".
By Chris Warring (U)

Being a teenager is strange. I think that teenage years are the most stressful years of our lives (not if you have my brother as a son though) because we have to deal with peer pressure.
By Jessica Hoy (U)

Being a teenager today is not as easy as it seems. Everyday we face decisions that can affect our future. Sometimes we are driven by our emotions and the pressure to be accepted, but it is extremely important to realize that decision we make reflect our values and the things that are important to us.

As we go through our teenager years, we realize that the mistakes we make are necessary to learn and improve ourselves, but without guidance from people who love us, we could never stand up again and move forward. In a few years, no one will care if we had the coolest wardrobe or the best car, but they will remember whether or not we had the courage to stand up to our beliefs and be the better person.

Being a teenager is a time that is very frustrating. You are now old enough to argue with your parents; your parents always think that you are wrong. They won't let you express your opinion because it is known as "talking back"!

AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being a teenager is, well I don't really know how to describe it. It seems a little different; but also it feels like nothing really new, just another normal day for me. Yes, it did feel like I'm a little smarter and a little older, but it isn't really that big of a change. What I've noticed in others, is that they are more interested in like having a boyfriend/girlfriend type of life, but that's about it.
By Katie Cersley (U)

Being a teenager is really cool because you have a lot of freedoms like going late to parties, going with your friends to cool places and doing fun stuff. You can also decide what to do with your life, and decide what profession you are going to study. I think that this age is really great, and it is also short, so you should take advantage of it and make the best of it.

Don't be who others want you to be. #BeYourself.

Roydiké ft. Nashville Starr - It's Alright #BeYourself

During your adolescent years, so many things are changing, especially your body. This is a great thing! It means that your body is maturing. However, it can be difficult to take in all the changes at once. Just remember that healthy bodies come in various shapes and sizes. You should embrace your body for what it is and love yourself no matter what.

  • Learn to Love Yourself

Embrace and love your body. It’s what makes you amazingly you. It is easy to unravel insecurities if you are picking out the little things about your body you don’t like. The thing is, all those small things make up who you are, and you should be proud of that! Take a look at the big picture and realize that you are one of a kind.

  • Work on Positive Declaration

If you are ever feeling down, the best thing you can do is look in the mirror and say to yourself, “I am beautiful!” The more you say it, the more you will believe it. Giving yourself positive affirmations will help lift your spirits and will always help start your day off on the right foot.

  • Develop Healthy Eating Habits

Explore healthy eating habits that work for you. It’s all about feeling comfortable. If you fill yourself with good foods, you will be providing your body fuel and helping your body develop and grow — plus you’ll feel good too!

  • Take Daily Care of Your Body

It’s important to take care of the things you love. You protect your valuables, and that should include your body. It’s best to keep yourself clean by washing your face and body daily to purify your skin and keep body odor at bay. It is also good to brush your teeth every morning and night for a bright, confident smile. These are great ways to take care of your body.

  • Create Your Own Unique Look

Creating your own style is one of the best parts about having a body fitted just for you. It wouldn’t be any fun to look exactly like all your friends, so why not be a trendsetter? Pick a few pieces that are unique to your style and rock them with a smile — your true beauty will shine!

Don’t forget that you are beautiful in your own unique way. There is no one in the entire world who is exactly like you, so be proud of who you are! Hold on to the things you do love about yourself like your freckles or the color of your eyes and embrace it.

No one else can wear it better than you.
